P-39.1) and any other applicable laws and regulations in this area, we hereby inform you that CARGOLUTION INC., in its capacity as Data Controller, may collect data concerning you, in particular through the “CONTACT” sections of the Site, in order to:

  • ensure the proper follow-up of requests for information made by any User and prepare the statistics necessary to improve the Site,

  • provide Users with educational content that is personalised or in line with their stated needs,

  • carry out operations relating to the promotion of CARGOLUTION INC.’s business, including the management of technical prospecting operations (including technical operations such as standardisation, enrichment and deduplication),

  • process applications submitted via the Site as part of recruitment operations carried out by CARGOLUTION INC.
